Casual Accommodation:
Whether you are staying for just one night or more you will find our accommodation comfortable and affordable with everything you will require to make it your home away from home.
The Royal Mail offers various types of accommodation including single, double and family units.
All of our accommodation units are all individually equipped with their own bathroom with shower and toilet, refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, TV, air-conditioning and heating. All rooms are equipped with table/desk and rooms 1,2, and 3 has internet access available. We also offer a series of other services, such as laundry, ironing amenities and safe facilities. Free in-house movies are available on request. The Royal Mail Hotel proudly offers late check-ins (room availability dictating) and airport pick ups and drop offs. This service is offered free, however reasonable prior notice is requested.
All our rooms are located adjacent to the side of our hotel and you can park your vehicle outside your room in our vehicle compound area. This carpark is securely floodlit during the evening and the main gates are locked at hotel closing hours. The gates are opened early each morning and early birds are catered for with each room having their own key to the gate attached to their room keys.
As of March 2009 single rooms are available for $90.00 per night. Twin rooms are naturally a larger room, complete with a double and a single bed. These are only an extra $15.00 at a rate of $105.00 per night and will adequately cater your needs. A further person can use these rooms for a cost of $130.00 total (3 persons).
We also have two family rooms available that sleep up to four persons, these are generally recommended for two adults and two children however can sleep up to three smaller children. These rooms are similar to a triple room with a rollaway bed available. These rooms are available for $135.00 per night.
Corporate Accommodation:
Our rooms are highly popular to those on corporate business and tourists alike, particularly as they are clean, comfortable and affordable. As the Royal Mail Hotel is a small business and is proudly family owned and operated, we have the flexibility to cater for any demands your business and your staff require. At the Royal Mail we fully appreciate the demands that are placed on businesses operating in isolated areas. We also understand how important it is to keep staff happy, comfortable and well looked after. Our business is designed to cater to corporate companies, fulfilling the needs of numerous mining, road servicing crews, sales consultants and government agencies.
We can arrange special rate packages for those of you who are working in and around Meekatharra for an extended stays or those in large groups. Our packages can include a fully catered breakfast, lunch and dinner, so please feel free to contact us direct to discuss your needs and requirement for more information so we can tailor a package to suit you.
Late check-ins and airport pick-ups can be arranged.
